Some fares include seat selection, and some allocate seats only at check-in. We check what your fare allows and quote any charge before selecting.
Moving to a higher cabin is usually treated as a fare change: the airline prices the new cabin, and you pay the difference plus any change charge. We quote the total, including our service fee, in AED. Our service fee is charged per passenger and is shown on its own line in your quote, before you pay.
Upgrades depend on availability, which can change quickly. We cannot promise a particular seat or cabin until the airline confirms it.

Questions about this service
Is an extra-legroom seat worth it?
On flights of more than five or six hours, many travellers find it is, particularly taller passengers or anyone with stiff knees. Note that exit-row seats come with airline conditions about who may sit there.
Can I bid for an upgrade through you?
Some airlines run their own upgrade offers directly with passengers. Those are between you and the airline; we can only arrange upgrades the airline makes available for sale on your booking.
Will upgrading change my baggage allowance?
Usually, yes, since allowances often follow the cabin. We confirm the new allowance in the quote.
