What you can ask for
Subject to UAE data protection law, you may ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive a copy. Some records must be kept for legal or accounting reasons even if you ask us to delete them; we will explain if that applies.
How we handle your request
We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting, so that we do not disclose data to the wrong person. We acknowledge each request promptly and reply within the time allowed by applicable law. There is no charge for a reasonable request.
Requests for other travellers
If you are asking on behalf of someone else, such as an elderly parent, please include their written authority.
