Online booking is being prepared
The flight search and booking pages on falakalsuroor.com are a demonstration. They show sample fares for illustration only, do not reflect live availability, and do not issue tickets. Until online booking is launched, please send your request to an agent.
Making a request
Send us your route, dates, travellers and preferences through our contact page, by email to contact@falakalsuroor.com, or by asking for a callback. A request does not commit you to anything.
Your written quote
An agent will send one or more options. Each shows the flights, the cabin and fare type, the key fare rules on changes and refunds, the baggage allowance, and the price split into the airline fare and taxes and our service fee, in AED.
Approval and payment
When you approve an option in writing and your payment is received, we ask the airline to issue the ticket. If the fare has changed in the meantime, we tell you before proceeding and ask for your approval again.
Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed only when the airline issues the ticket. We then send you the e-ticket details. Please check all names, dates and times straight away and tell us of any error.
Special requests
Seating, meals, bassinets and assistance are requests to the airline. We pass them on, and we tell you which are confirmed and which are not.
Travel documents
Passports, visas, transit permits and health requirements are the traveller's responsibility. We suggest checking official sources for every country on the route, including countries where you only connect.
