Booking and Ticketing Terms

A ticket exists only once the airline issues it. Check every name and date as soon as you receive your confirmation.

Who issues your ticket

Tickets are issued by or on behalf of the airline. Falak Al Suroor arranges the booking for you but is not the carrier.

Passenger names

Names must match the passport each traveller will use, including the order of given names and surname. Corrections after ticketing are at the airline's discretion and may cost extra. See our name correction page.

Fare validity

A quoted fare is valid only until the airline changes it or the seats are sold. Fares are not held unless the airline confirms a hold, and a hold has its own deadline.

Confirmation and e-tickets

After the airline issues the ticket, we send you the e-ticket number and itinerary. Please keep them with you when travelling and check every detail on receipt.

Using your ticket

Flights must usually be taken in the order shown on the ticket. Skipping a flight can cancel the rest of the journey. Check-in, boarding and baggage are subject to the airline's conditions of carriage.

Schedule changes

Airlines sometimes change flight times after ticketing. When we are informed of a change to a booking made through us, we tell you and help you consider the options the airline offers. We also suggest checking your flight times with the airline shortly before departure.
