We are not owned by, affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any airline. Any airline names, when mentioned in your quote or ticket, are used only to identify the flights you are booking. Trademarks belong to their owners.
Not an airline contact point
We are not a customer service line for any airline. We can help only with bookings made through Falak Al Suroor. If you bought a ticket directly from an airline, please contact that airline.
How we access fares
We reach airline fares through booking channels open to travel agencies, and whichever channel is used, the fare and its rules are set by the airline. If we receive any payment from a supplier in connection with bookings, it will be disclosed on this page.
What this means for you
The airline's conditions of carriage apply to your flight. We act as your intermediary in dealing with the airline, but we cannot make decisions on its behalf.
