Group travel, coordinated in one place

Airlines often treat larger parties differently from individual travellers. A group request may be priced as a single block, with its own deadlines for confirming numbers, supplying names and paying deposits. We explain those terms clearly and remind you of each date as it approaches.

We can also arrange a group as a set of individual bookings where that suits the party better, for example when travellers are flying home on different days. Each approach has trade-offs in price and flexibility, and we set them out side by side.

The group size at which an airline applies group terms varies, so we tell you at the outset whether your party will be handled as a group.
