Booking & fares
- Flight Booking PolicyFor now every booking is arranged personally by an agent. Website fares are samples; your real price is the one in your written quote.
- Booking and Ticketing TermsA ticket exists only once the airline issues it. Check every name and date as soon as you receive your confirmation.
- Service Fee PolicyOur service fee pays for the work of arranging your travel. It is always listed separately from the airline fare, and you see it before you pay.
- Payment PolicyYou pay only after approving a written quote. Card details go to our payment provider, never by email or phone.
- Refund and Cancellation PolicyThe airline's fare rules decide what is refundable. We tell you the likely amount before you cancel and act only on your written instruction.
- Changes and Rebooking PolicyA change costs the airline fare difference, plus any airline penalty, plus our service fee. You see all three before anything happens.
- Baggage InformationEach airline sets its own baggage rules, and they vary by route and fare. Your quote shows the allowance; confirm it again before you pack.
- Airline Relationship DisclosureWe are independent. No airline owns, runs or endorses Falak Al Suroor, and we are not any airline's customer service line.
- Complaints Handling PolicyTell us what went wrong and what you would like us to do. We will acknowledge it, look into it properly and reply in writing.
