Service Fee Policy

What the fee is for

Falak Al Suroor charges a service fee for researching options, preparing quotes, making bookings with airlines and handling changes, cancellations and special requests. It is our charge, not the airline's.

How much it is

Our service fee is charged per passenger and is shown on its own line in your quote, before you pay.

The fee for each service, whether a new booking, a change, a cancellation or a name correction, is shown in your written quote before you approve it.

Always separate, always shown first

The service fee is separate from the airline fare and taxes. Every quote shows it as its own line in AED, and you see the full total before you are asked to pay. We do not add the fee afterwards.

Changes and other requests

When you ask us to change a booking, the quote shows three parts: the airline fare difference, any airline penalty, and our service fee for handling the change. The same approach applies to name corrections, seat or cabin upgrades and cancellations.

Refundability

Whether any part of the service fee is refunded when a booking is cancelled, or when the airline cancels a flight, is stated in your quote before you pay.

VAT

Where VAT applies to our service fee, it is shown in your quote before you approve it and again on your invoice.
