Family travel
Family travel, planned around the people in it
A journey that works for a busy adult can be exhausting for a toddler or a grandparent. We plan with the whole family in mind.
For bookings made through Falak Al Suroor. Airline rules and fees apply, and nothing is changed until you approve a written quote.
Request a callbackContact usFor young children, we look at flight times that fit around sleep, bassinet requests where the aircraft offers them, and the airline's allowance for strollers and car seats. For older relatives, we favour routes with fewer transfers and more comfortable connection times, and we note any wheelchair or mobility assistance at the time of booking.
We pass these requests to the airline, but the airline decides whether they can be met, and some, such as bassinets, cannot be confirmed in advance. We will always tell you which requests are confirmed and which remain only requests.
Infant and child fares, and the documents each traveller needs, follow airline rules and the entry rules of your destination. We point you to what to check, but responsibility for travel documents stays with the traveller.

Questions about this service
Will my family be seated together?
We request it, and some fares let us select seats at booking for a fee. Where seats cannot be chosen in advance, the airline allocates them, so we recommend checking in as early as it allows.
Can you arrange a wheelchair for my father at a connecting airport?
We include the assistance request in the booking, and the airline arranges it along the route. We advise confirming it with the airline again a few days before departure.
Does an infant need their own ticket?
Yes. An infant travelling on a parent's lap still needs a ticket, usually at a reduced fare. We include it in your quote.
