Arranging a flight is only the beginning. These are the ways we help before and after the booking.
Each service below applies to bookings made through Falak Al Suroor. If you bought your ticket directly from an airline, please contact that airline, as we cannot act on bookings we did not make.
For every request, we first check what the airline's fare rules allow, then send you a written quote. Nothing is changed or charged until you approve it.

Move a date, a time or a route. We quote the airline fare difference, any airline penalty and our service fee before acting.

Our after-booking services cover bookings made through Falak Al Suroor. If you bought your ticket from an airline’s own website, office or app, please contact that airline directly — we cannot access or change those bookings. See our airline relationship disclosure.
