About us
About Falak Al Suroor
An independent travel agency in Port Saeed, Deira, arranging international flights for UAE residents who would rather have a journey planned properly than quickly.
Why we work the way we do
Most flight searches are built to answer one question: what is cheapest right now? Careful travellers ask different ones. Will my mother manage a transfer at that airport? Is the extra legroom worth it on a seven-hour flight? What happens if the wedding date moves?
Falak Al Suroor exists for those questions. We take a little longer, explain what we find, and let you decide with the full picture in front of you.
What we are, and what we are not
Falak Al Suroor is an independent travel agency and booking-assistance service. We are not an airline, we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any airline, and we are not a government body. Tickets are issued by the airlines, and their fare rules govern changes, refunds and baggage.
Our role is to find suitable options, explain them clearly, arrange the booking once you approve it, and help with changes to bookings you made through us. Our business details are listed on our Contact and Legal Information page.
How bookings work today
We are preparing an online booking flow. Until it is ready, the fares you see on this website are sample fares for illustration, and nothing is ticketed online. Every journey is arranged personally: you send a request, an agent prepares a written quote, and nothing proceeds until you approve it.
Where to find us
Our office is at 183, Abu Bakar Al Siddique Road, Port Saeed, Deira, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by email at contact@falakalsuroor.com. If you would prefer us to call you, you can request a callback.
What we hold ourselves to
-
Clarity
Fares, fees and fare rules are set out plainly and separately, in AED, before you are asked to pay.
-
Unhurried attention
We plan around comfort, connection times and the people you travel with, not only the departure time.
-
Your consent, always
No booking, change or cancellation is made without your written approval of the quote.
-
Discretion
Passport and travel details are used only to arrange your journey and are handled in line with our privacy policy.
Tell us where you would like to be
Share your route and dates, and an agent will put together options with every figure shown in AED for you to consider at leisure.
